Grand Valley Bike Swap is a community gathering of local bike shops
and private individuals coming together for a single day, outdoor swap.

 

Please take a moment to fill out the below form and include your anticipated needed space. This helps us figure out layout for the event.

 

Seller Requirements

• Bring your own tents, tables, chairs, water etc.

• Register early so we have an idea of how many will attend.

• We will allow day of registration if space is available.

Seller Guidelines

 

-It will be chilly in the morning! We suggest bringing plenty of warm layers and warm footwear

-Bring a water bottle! We will have water but will not be providing bottled water.

-Don't forget to bring cash change. We will not have any cash change available.

-Don't worry about packing a lunch, we will have several food trucks on site!

Only selling a bike or two?

Our Bike Corral is a sectioned off area inside the swap where you can leave your bike and contact info for prospective buyers to look at.  If a buyer is interested, they can call/text you to arrange for purchase.  There is a $5 donation per bike for this area.

  

 

 

Interested in Selling?

Please be aware of the $30 suggested donation for every 10 foot x 10 foot space needed.
